Ingredients for Easy Breakfast Skillet
4 eggs, scrambled
4 potatoes, diced
¼ cup milk
4 slices bacon, diced
2 green onions, sliced
1 cup cheese, shredded
2 tbsp butter
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp garlic herb seasoning (optional)

How to Make a Breakfast Skillet
Dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, leaving the skins on for extra texture and nutrients. Toss them in garlic herb seasoning or your favorite spices, then spray with cooking spray before placing them in the air fryer. Cook at 375°F for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
👉 No air fryer? No problem! You can roast the potatoes in the oven at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
While the potatoes are cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
Once the air-fried potatoes are ready, add them to the skillet and sauté for a couple of minutes to soak up the buttery goodness.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes in the skillet and let it cook for a minute before stirring to allow the eggs to set slightly.
Stir everything together and continue cooking until the eggs are fluffy and fully cooked.

Once the eggs are set, mix in the bacon, green onions, and shredded cheese. Stir until the cheese melts, and everything is well combined.
Serve the breakfast skillet hot, straight from the pan. Garnish with extra green onions or a sprinkle of cheese for an extra cheesy finish.
